The Ultimate Off Horse Training for Riders

Riders are athletes in every sense of the word and riders must be fit to ride. They need the flexibility and strength to maintain their position and posture no matter what the horse is doing underneath them without straining muscles or compromising their safety.

What we do...

Equestric first breaks down the rider's movements to teach the riders how to control each muscle group.  Riders need to understand how their bodies work before they can hope to get stronger. Flexibility and core strength are a huge factor for riders  safety and performance.  Having tight hip flexors, will affect the riders ability to adequately use their legs in the flexion portion of a jump. Core rotation will be limited if the piriformis, erector spinae and obliques are weak and tight. Equestric guarantees improvement in the rider's flexibility and core strength by applying a proven series of stretches and exercises that will address postural issues and overall body strength as well.

N.B. Equestric will adopt the exercises to the level and age of the riders...
